The Harmony MD

Meet Tara Chang, MD

Dr. Tara Chang spent years of medical practice diagnosing patients with diseases they had already developed. However, the experience of parenting a special needs child was a catalyst for exploring disciplines beyond what conventional medicine had to offer. Dr. Chang began to question why certain conditions and diseases are more prevalent now than ever before and if more could be done for prevention and healing. Her experiences from both sides of the health care system has given her valuable insight into guiding patients towards their personal health goals. She combines the best of traditional medicine with alternative medicine therapies to give patients natural treatment options.

Patients find Dr. Chang to be warm, empathetic and compassionate. She is genuinely curious to know them as a whole person, learn their story and partner with them in their healing process.
